In order to create amazing work for our clients, we collect and use a very small amount of data for organisational purposes. This data will typically include your business contact information: Your name, job title, business email address, business telephone number.

To confirm a booking we need to know who is responsible for the project within the organisation. As well as this we need to know and where to send our invoices. Without this information it would not be impossible for us to work on a project.

Contracts are mandatory when booking, and due to the legal nature, as kept in archive for present or future need.

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. However, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet and 3rd party sites.

We will never share your personal data or sell your data with any 3rd party. We may publish several photos onto my social media or website for promotional purposes.

You have the right to request your data at anytime. The user can at any time exercise their right to ask for their data to be deleted; this includes personal data and also archives of the products. They can also withdraw their consent to sharing of the products created for them on any social media websites or portfolio website. Upon booking we do ask permission to upload photography to online portfolios prior to under taking the project.
